A SELF-SUFFICIENT FARM
The core idea of this proposal is to create a green farm and habitat for a diverse range of life. The increasing industrialization of Danish agriculture has poisoned the soil and biodiversity. Here, a polyculture farm will be established to supply the local area with fresh, nutritious, and organic produce. It will be a workplace dedicated to creating knowledge and enthusiasm for the interaction between people, nature, and food production. Additionally, the involvement of children and young people will make ecosystems less foreign in a world where we are often distant from the origin of our food.

A GIVING FOREST
In addition to the farm, the forest also offers many resources. Courses on utilizing the forest's mushrooms, wild garlic, berries, nuts, and flowers will be a regular part of the farm's agenda.

THE COOPERATIVE FARM
Private individuals invest in a better future for agriculture by purchasing shares in the farm and the land. A passionate farming couple is interested in leasing the farm with the aim of cultivating the land based on permaculture principles. The farmer tends to the land and regularly invites shareholders to participate in significant events.

GARDENS FOR STOMACHS
The farming couple invites nearby schools and kindergartens to visit the farm and take part in agricultural activities. The concept of "gardens for stomachs" can also take place on part of the land. Here, school classes purchase their own plot of land, where students cultivate - and harvest - their own crops. Along the way, the children also learn to cook. By combining nature experiences with practical gastronomy, children gain an understanding of the journey of food from soil to table.

CAFE, RESTAURANT, AND FARM SHOP
The production of food supplies the on-site café and restaurant. The concept revolves around simple meals made from home-grown ingredients. Surplus produce is sold in the farm shop, possibly in the local supermarket as well.
